What is The Law Of Attraction?

This was my exact question when first hearing about the law of attraction, and to be honest, altogether, it is all in the name. So to explain it: like attracts like, right. So if you wish to be wealthy, then think wealthy. Make wealthy your life, believe that you are wealthy and your thoughts will create reality. Kind of like your own personal geni in a bottle, you put the command into the law, and it carries out its job, as will the geni.

This law works in only one way, and that is to carry out what your mind thinks it to, so you have to remember to keep thinking positive. Many people live their lives with negative thinking, and this only brings negative experience into their lives, you have to erase the negative. Positive thinking and believing in the law of attraction is where you will benefit the most from this universal law.

The law of attraction is our creator, it is all around us and in everything, it is the invisible life that we breathe. The unexplainable force called thats called life, the law that you believe in when you plant a seed and expect something to grow is what the law of attraction is. A couple of things that are very important to remember is that like attracts like, so like thoughts will attract like thoughts. So if you are thinking negative thoughts then those thoughts will become your reality, keep it positive. Using the law of attraction will take time and practice, you will have to train your mind to have the positive thought wipe out the negative ones.

Use The Law Of Attraction To Manifest All Your Desires

The simple idea of manifestation, which you must accept, is that “like attracts like”. By constant focusing you will be able to quickly manifest everything you want in your life. It is through our emotions and thoughts that we are constantly sending out specific vibrations.

All that we are is because of what we think and has a direct relationship to our lives and what we attract to ourselves. This is called the Universal Law of attraction.

If you are sending out thoughts that reflect the positive things you want in your life you will begin to notice positive things happening to you.

Try repeating the following daily positive affirmations on a regular basis and start really learning how to use the law of attraction.

These daily affirmations will start to change your life, all you must do is be consistent and use these daily positive affirmations

This is a list of daily affirmations you can begin to use today to learn how to use the law of attraction and bring about many positive changes in your life. Repeat these to yourself as much as you can for as long as you can.

There will definitely come a point in time that your thoughts will start to come into being. Once you can actually feel the magnetic truth of your manifestation is the day that your dreams will all start coming to fruition.

When you start to figure out how to use the law of attraction you will begin to understand the incredible effect it is having on your personal life.

How To Use The Law of Attraction Quickly

How fast you manifest your desires in life is in direct proportion to the amount of quality time you spend and how long you can actually focus your attention on the experience of your desired wishes. For example, if you place your attention on the thought that “I am now making $150,000 a year”, and remain focused on this thought for 2 minutes instead of one minute, you will manifest this into your life twice as fast.

The quality of your focus is a main proponent if you want to learn how to use the law of attraction both quickly and effectively. It is your ability to always maintain a high level of focus that increases the speed and quality of your manifestations.

Remain Peaceful and Calm

Another important thing you must do when you are learning how to use the law of attraction is that you must be calm and work from a sense of inner peace. In order to manifest what you want in your life it iis important to maintain a deep sense of calm and inner peace.

When you get to the point where there is a constant flow of positive thoughts and daily positive affirmations running through your mind, it is at this point that you will really begin manifesting. Just imagine letting thousands of positive thoughts run through your mind continuously?  The world around you will begin to change in ways you didn’t dream was possible. This is the point where you begin to transcend reality and can start to manifest all your hopes and desires.

Open your heart and your mind to the fact that you are a multi-dimensional being with all the powers of the universe at your fingertips. It’s just a matter of having faith in yourself and changing your thought patterns that shape the way you see the world. This is what you must do to learn how to use the law of attraction.

Why the Law of Attraction Doesn’t Work

So many have asked “If the Law of Attraction is just about thinking positive thoughts about what I want, then WHERE’S MY STUFF”?. Those of us who have been understanding the basics of the Law of Attraction and have dug deeper can tell you.

The entire Universe, your thoughts, feelings, and everything physical, is all vibration. You can’t fool Universal Mind when it comes to your thoughts. You must think those thoughts free from counter-intentions. You say: “but it DO want that new job, or new love, or new home, I’m just don’t know how, when or where it will come from”. Bingo. That’s it. You have made a request and in the very next phrase negated it by saying “I don’t know how.”

Going beyond the secret of the Law of Attraction is not about adding more actions on top of your misalignment either. It’s about tuning in. What’s really going on in your thoughts, beliefs, and feelings about those thoughts and beliefs. To get really powerful, you want to focus on the FEELINGS. Your feelings are what is transmitting to the Universe like a radio signal. You may be able to fool others with your words, but you just can’t fool the Universe with what’s beneath your thoughts.

It’s not uncommon for many of us to feel unworthy or deficient in some way. That is a large part of the human condition. Using releasing tools, working with a coach, and doing forgiveness work is very important for you to come back to self-love and self-confidence. This enables you to have a cleaner, clearer signal to Universal Energy which will match you up with what you’re emitting. Remember what you focus on will expand in your experience.

There are many tools and lots of information out there. Learning the fine points from teachers and coaches is a worthwhile endeavor. Private or group coaching is also available for anyone who wants to improve their point of attraction. Letting go and allowing in your highest and best in necessary.

Your Personal Development 30 Day Challenge

Is there anything you desire to change in your life for the better. Any new habit you want to develop or any old habit you want to break? Think of how much more rewarding your life would be if you developed new more beneficial habits. Perhaps you simply want to stop smoking, study a new language, take time out to relax each day, exercise every evening or maybe you have other such personal development aims that you never managed to get around to before, let alone achieved. If this is the case then why not accept the call of the 30 day challenge!

What is the thirty day challenge? Really it is just a devastatingly easy way of creating new habits in your life. You see, the first few days are always the toughest when adopting a new habit. Breaking a habit or forming a new one can be particularly tricky to do as it seems changing something for the rest of your life is so daunting that often you will not start or give-up soon due to the enourmity of the task. However the thrity day challenge requires you to keep with it for just thrity days, following this you can go back to doing whatever it is you want! If the law of attraction is ‘the secret’ then beyond the secret is the power of habit.

This type of psychology gives you the critical feeling that it is of course not forever and that you can indeed achieve a worthwhile objective, such as not smoking for thirty days. After the thirty days you may of course choose to start smoking again or you may choose to continue with your new behavior which after thirty days has also had time to form as a new habit for you. Mentally it is just so much easier to deal with, you can tick days off a calendar or countdown the days until your target date, either way it is so much more motivating.

After the thirty days you will have time to assess whether or not your new habit serves you. If it does then you will find it much much easier to make it a more permanent behavior. You will have had time to be able to experience the positive side of the new habit, lose the previous habit and install the desired new one. From this position you will easily be able to tell if it is something you want to continue with or not. You may also like to extend the challenge to 60 or 90 days to keep the psychological effect of it not being a permanent change and to give you a new target and challenge.

Whilst the first week of the challenge will be the most difficult to get through you can take consellation in the fact that you are doing something that will enhance your life for the future.

Here are some great ideas for 30 day challenges that could really benefit you in both the short and long term:

Read everyday for an hour, meditate everyday, commit to an exercise regime, cut out fast foods, eat your 5 portions of fruit and vegetables each day, call a different old friend each day, contact a family member, give-up TV completely, study a new language, quit smoking, become vegetarian, practice positive thinking, stop drinking alcohol, take time to relax more, stop watching soap operas, do Yoga, stop wasting time in on-line forums or online games, meet a new person each day. The list of choices is only restricted to the thoughts you can come up with, nothing else. Even if you don’t want to make a permanent change go ahead and improve yourself in the short term, you will gain from the experience of personal development whatever the outcome.

Whilst for the vast majority of activities conducting them daily may not always be the best thing, for example jogging for newbies can be highly stressful on the bodies muscles and joints, however sticking to it each day makes it seem lots easier and simpler to stick to because you don’t have the excuse of just taking a ‘day off’ at anytime. So I suggest that you grab yourself a pen and paper immediately draw out a 30 day chart and write out a statement of what you are going to do!
